CERES, 26 de abril de 2005.-
VISTO:
La sanción y promulgación de la Ordenanza Nº 807 de fecha 06/12/2000, y
CONSIDERANDO:
Que la misma reglamenta el servicio de Taxis y Remises en nuestra ciudad.
Que en el Artículo 4º de la mencionada ordenanza se autoriza hasta un máximo de cinco (5) agencias de remises en nuestra ciudad.
Que periódicamente, tanto en el Departamento Ejecutivo Municipal como en el Honorable Concejo Municipal, se recepcionan solicitudes para la apertura de nuevas agencias y en algunos casos solicitan se las tenga por presentada en tiempo y forma, si alguna de las registradas solicita la correspondiente baja a los efectos de tener la prioridad.
Que si bien, el aspecto tributario está inserto en la ordenanza tributaria vigente, hay otros aspectos normados en la Ordenanza Nº 807/00, a tener en cuenta y es intención de esta Municipalidad que al momento de autorizar una nueva agencia, todos los interesados tengan igualdad de oportunidad de presentación y compulsar los servicios ante los presentantes.
POR LO QUE:
El HONORABLE CONCEJO MUNICIPAL DE CERES, en base a las atribuciones que le confiere la Ley 2756 y sus modificatorias, sanciona la siguiente:
O R D E N A N Z A
ARTÍCULO 1º) En el caso que el Departamento Ejecutivo Municipal deba autorizar una agencia de remises por baja de alguna de las prestatarias de este servicio, deberá llamar a concurso público en el que los interesados deberán presentar:
• Cantidad de vehículos para brindar el servicio.
• Modelo de los mismos.
• Estado de los vehículos.
Todos los requisitos mencionados deberán ajustarse a la Ordenanza Nº 807/00.
ARTÍCULO 2º) En el caso de más de un presentante, el Departamento Ejecutivo Municipal determinará la adjudicación teniendo en cuenta el que pueda brindar un mejor servicio en concordancia con lo solicitado en el Artículo anterior y la Ordenanza Nº 807/00.-
ARTÍCULO 3º) Elévese al Departamento Ejecutivo Municipal de Ceres, a sus efectos, comuníquese, publíquese y oportunamente archívese.
